I scheduled a date and time with Ben for him to give me a painting estimate for my basement. He never showed and never gave an explanation despite my follow-up with him. Apparently he doesn’t view customer service as important.

We would not recommend working with Benache Remodeling. We hired this team to stain and install baseboard trim, doors, and window/door casing, whitewash a fireplace, drywall 4 doorways, and install a new banister. We removed all original wood except the banister ourselves, and just needed the new wood stained and installed. We found that the owner Ben did not seem to be able to control his team, who were untidy and disrespectful to our home. They took our tools and supplies without asking, overtly accessed rooms where there was no contract work to be done, and continued to do so even after we asked

We worked with Ben and his team for our remodeling project. We remodeled basically an entire house: kitchen, stained floors, all bathrooms, carpet, added in electrical, and many other small details. I cannot say enough good things about Ben and his team! They did a wonderful job and always checked in with us to make sure we liked what they were about to do before they did it with tile, hanging of fixtures, etc. We added many additional projects along the way, and his team always did it with no problem. Ben and his team worked tirelessly to get our project done and done right. I can honestly say

Ben came in and painted a vaulted ceiling we had in an office that I was too afraid to get on a ladder and paint. It was better than I could have expected. His crew was spotless and even laid down extra painting sheets in my hallways to protect my floors.
He was so easy and responsive to work with we have hired him on for several other household repairs, lighting, and other things we need to have done that we have been avoiding since we bought the house 2 years ago.

I had them do my kitchen renovation earlier this year. Ben guided me on using all my kitchen space,crew was very detailed and clean! Will be contacting them soon for my bathroom !

The team was great , extremely careful with what was asked. They worked on the bathroom and flooring on the living room ! Couldn’t have asked for a better result !

This Company does awesome work, I will always call them back if I ever need any kind of work done again.
