Not thrilled about this response when I needed my items that day. Sent an estimate then backed out. For what?
I can't say this is good customer service by any means.

Stewart was extremely helpful in my door selection process. He went above and beyond by staying after hours to give me a quote when I was in a timeline bind. Although I ultimately selected another door BWS did not carry, I appreciate the time he took to educate me on the process. I will shop with him in the future.

I worked with Michael Pauly and could not of been happier with his customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to help solve a complicated window/door situation for me. His communication was excellent and prompt. The staff all seemed to be happy and working hard, and the selection options were excellent. Will definitely go back to BWS for future needs.
