I highly recommend Window Depot! I needed 2 windows replaced at our rental property on short notice and Dustin was able to make it happen! I called roughly 20 companies but eventually circled back due to the competitive pricing and responsiveness. Dustin was able to squeeze me in last second and bailed me out of a sticky situation! Deciding to replace 20 windows in a 1920's bungalow was a big decision for us. After doing my research and reading copious reviews, I decided to go with Window Depot. Chuck, the owner, actually came out to do the estimate, and has been back several times to check in. While global shipping and logistics issues caused the project to take a bit longer than originally expected, my windows are now installed and look great -- just in time for the cold weather. I already notice a difference with the internal temperature. The crew was on-time and professional, and had the entire job done within 2 days

Overall, my experience was less than perfect but I would hire them again. Here's the rundown.
Pro: Much less expensive than competitors. We got quotes from Renewal by Anderson and Pella. While Pella's reviews held up, Renewal by Anderson's did not. Window Depot has great reviews, and a great price so I gave them my business. Chuck is a gregarious salesman. Very friendly and works diligently to resolve issues.
Cons: The work crew was messy, leaving some broken glass throughout my house and on my furniture, and took more leisure with the bathrooms in my home than I liked. I let Chuck know, and

I got three other window installation estimates before I called Window Depot, but I wish I would have called Window Depot first! Chuck was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable when he came out for the estimate.
When his crew arrived for installation, they moved quickly and cleaned up after themselves, and Chuck stopped by to check on the process, then he called toward the end of the day to make sure they’d finished up well.
