The team they sent worked together very efficiently. They removed 10
pine trees from my yard in 5 hours. This included cleaning up the debris from the trees they had cut down. They explained the entire process to me, as to what they were going to do, so that there would be no confusion on my part. The crane operator and man that climbed the trees were amazing in the way they cut down the trees. One of the pine trees in my back yard had to be lifted over the house. The Crane operator said that the entire tree weighed 21,000 pounds. When the time comes that I have to have more trees cut down, I

We used North Raleigh Tree years ago and were very pleased with their service. Recently, I had a large oak tree uproot and fall into my neighbor’s yard. I called North Raleigh and didn’t plan on calling anyone else. The guy came out (it wasn’t Kevin, but I didn’t catch his name) and he was friendly, but kept suggesting trees that should be added to the job. I wanted a dead oak cut, a leaning oak cut, a small maple cut and the downed oak cleaned up everything hauled away. The guy said $5,800, which seemed high based on what I paid last time. North Raleigh Tree Service is awesome! They provided a very good quote to remove ~7 dead trees + 6 large pines near the house. I accepted their quote and they scheduled within a week. On work day, they completed the work very professionally and efficiently. They took a few additional dead trees that were not initially identified. They also were flexible to remove a few more medium pines while they were here for a reasonable additional charge. They took care to protect the yard and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the job. I won't hesitate to call them if I need tree removal in the future

While it may have taken some time to get our schedules coordinated, the job from quote to clean up was A+. Kevin came out and worked with my wife on getting the information he needed on the trees we wanted removed. He was able to provide us a quote on the spot. After a few weeks we were able to sync up our schedules and the trees in our front yard were removed on a Monday. The trees in our backyard were removed with a crane on a Friday. Andy's team was very quick and concise during both days and also cleaned up very well after themselves.
