In the 1950s a young craftsman, Gilbert Loomis, entered the cabinet making trade and soon started his own business. His sons later expanded it, then followed suit and started companies of their own. The youngest of the brothers, John Loomis, started Claystone Cabinet Company. It has since grown to be one of the largest custom cabinet shops in the Sacramento, CA region.
Since our founding, we have worked with many accomplished architects, designers, and general contractors. By sharing their knowledge with us, they helped us stay on the cutting edge of the kitchen and bathroom cabinet industry. In our more than 20 years of operation, we have completed more than 20,000 projects.
Many of them posed challenges that required creative solutions. We apply what we have learned to new projects. This is to minimize problems and ensure that our customers are happy with the final products.
