This isn't exactly about the business but it's employee. I was at Dutch Bros. in Elk Grove, CA and watched him park in the handicapped parking stall. He never displayed a placard and his license plates were not for the disabled. I'm really glad that nobody that was REALLY disabled needed that parking spot. Truck# 30 4/13/2016 at 5:17 pm
