Rickey was super helpful with samples and picking out the final floor. Communication good throughout. Installers cleaned up v well. I wasn’t happy w the molding around the fireplace, they came back and made it right the v next day. Will use them again when I redo the upstairs. I have gotten raving compliments from everyone who has seen them. Price was fair

Ricky is a stand-up guy. He came by often to get a sense of my project and what it would need to reach completion. He brought the samples needed to make comparative analysis of my tile floor more then once and when I thought it matched he would say no it doesn’t look right. He was not interested in making a sale. He was interested in getting it right and making it look nice and flow well with the rest of the tile and transition with the wood flooring. That was so impressive to me. My hard wood floors look amazing. I appreciate all he has done. Renovation is not easy but when you have folks like

After going to many different places looking for carpeting we where very pleased to fine White Oak and Ricky to help with making the right choice. The people who came for the installation took the time to move the furniture and they where very careful so no damage occurred.
They also did a great job with the carpet installation and clean up.

We went to White Oak after months of waiting for Home Depot to get their act together. Once we chose the flooring we wanted, it was installed in less than a week. Rickey was on time and very efficient with the initial measurements and made helpful suggestions about material and style. His crew was fast and professional and the final result looks great. Highly recommend.

AMAZING!!! Awesome job on my new carpet!!!!!! I am totally in AWE!!! It’s been long overdue for new carpet. Rickey came out and measured a few months back. We were ready to go and it was SO EASY!!!!
