After ordering tile for two bathrooms at another place in Avon Lake and month later tile still not in we demanded our money back. Went to Premier Custom Flooring. What a breathe of fresh air. Carl came out and measured and Jackie put in the order. The quote was good and tile came in within a week but problem getting transition stripes from supplier. Not their fault though. They came day before Thanksgiving at 9 am. The two men worked their tails off. Never took a break and finished up at 3pm. The floors are beautiful and workmanship superb. What a great way to run a business. ! Thank you so much

We got a quote on flooring from another flooring company down the street. Although they were very helpful, it was much more then we thought it should be. We had a very good experience with Premier in the past when they refinished our foyer and put in new carpet throughout our house but I didnt see the same flooring I had liked at the other place. My husband decided to call Premier anyways just to see if they could maybe soecial order the flooring we liked and give us another quote... so we called them on a Tuesday close to 5pm. The installers came over two hours later than quoted to me without even a phone call to tell me they were running late. I had to call the office to ask where they were and they seemed surprised I cared that they were late. When they finally came they worked 20 minutes, walked out the front door and took a 30 minute break without even a word that they were leaving, I had to look outside to see them eating and lounging in the van to see they took a break already. Then they worked 30 minutes and then took another 30 minute break. All in all they worked a total of two hours and breaked for one hour
