He also handles the logistics side of the business with estimating, operations and customer service. Jami, with over 20 years of human resource, accounting and office management, runs our office.

In December 2021, I paid Nuleaf Tree Services in full to remove a large tree and bushes and to grind the stumps at our Brownsburg home. Zach accepted full payment and said he would return to grind the stumps. Now more than a month later he hasn't returned to finish the job and hasn't responded to my repeated messages to him; on his website contact page, his cell phone where I left a voice mail, or from his gmail by which I've also sent him a message. I am very disappointed and may take him to small claims court for breach of contract.
