We had Mysym fix our roof and add water-proofing and aluminum soffit to prevent ice damming. They delivered exactly on the schedule they said they would with no issues. Even though our roof was more damaged than initially thought when they opened it up, they did the extra work and still delivered on the same schedule. We will definitely hire them again in the future.

Maksym installed 3 new skylights in a house that I’m renovating. The quote was very reasonable and the service was outstanding. They were prompt and professional. They were knowledgeable and accommodating and helped me choose the most advantageous placement for the skylights. I highly recommend Maksym. I’ve already asked them for a quote on adding new windows in two of my bedrooms.

Great service. Reasonable prices. Constant communication as with construction and repairs there is always hidden issues. They went above and beyond when the siding color i requested wasn't available, to find it else where. Even came back a week after the job was finished to clean the rest of my gutters. I highly recommend Maksym Construction and will use them again.

I purchased a house this summer and found out that the home inspector missed black mold in the garage. Turns out that 2 of the beams infront of door were molded and rotted out! Not only did they remove the siding( and removed it so nice that we were able to reuse it) they removed all the rotten beams and replaced them. I also had them do the weather stripping on our garage door. It looks beautiful! We had a few holes in our siding and he was able to color match it caulk so perfectly that I can not even tell where the holes were! Did a beautiful job! I am so pleased and will recommend them to anyone

About 4 years ago my mother had a new roof put on her house and she was referred to Maksym Construction. They came out and did an outstanding job and were so professional going above and beyond. A neighbor saw them replacing her roof and had them replace theirs as well.
When it was time to replace the roof on my house and my rental I remembered the quality of work that they did and called them right away. They replaced the roof on the rental and the finished product is outstanding, and I had a couple of gutters installed in areas where they were needed. At my house I needed some exterior work

I have no complaints when it comes to these guys. They were always on time, very polite and friendly, and not to mention the hardest workers I've had a pleasure to meet. The whole time they were here working it was in the nineties, super humid and miserable outside and yet these guys always had smile on their faces and barely took breaks.Their work is impeccable and they pay attention to every minor detail and get the job done right the first time. I most definitely would reccomend these guys to anybody who is in the market for new siding or roof. I would give these guys ten stars instead of five
