Services
Lloyd and Howard Burleson were born and raised in the Boonford community of Yancey County with their eight brothers and sisters. At age 6, their Father had put them to work on the farm he owned in Burleson Holler. He was a hard worker and he taught his boys to work hard too. That lesson would pay off when Lloyd and Howard returned home from World War II.
This contract agreement will be printed and filled out in the store by the customer and HVAC service manager. If contract not filled out prior to work completion than servicing will be billed as time and material only. C. We (Tyler/Holstein) family had John H and Thomas B come out today to do a few jobs for us and I can't say enough GREAT things about both guys! They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very well mannered! They completed the job much quicker than we expected! And showed up at the exact time they told us they would be here! I couldn’t be more pleased with Burleson Plumbing and Heating. Having just recently moved to Spruce Pine I was surprised to wake up one Sunday morning and have no water. I have never had a well so I didn’t know what to do. The temperature was supposed to plummet to 21 degrees the next night so I went to Burleson first thing Monday morning. I must add here that it was Thanksgiving week and they were short staffed because some of their workers were on vacation. The office staff were very understanding, courteous and professional and assured me they would get to me as soon as they could but could

We moved here several months ago and needed to get our spring water safe to drink. The woman answering the phone was quite terse. I was told we needed to put down a substantial deposit, just for a service call and estimate. We don't do business that way. We pay at the time of service. We found another company who did not ask for money up-front.
