Daniel came out to look at my furnace and was very punctual. He had the problem diagnosed very quickly and had it fixed in no time. He also took the time to explain the issue to me and how I could help to prevent it in the future.He also took the time to fix a few other small issues I hadn't even called about. The while team from complete comfort is very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I 10/10 would recommend them to anyone

I called Complete Comfort for a second look at my HVAC system since another company quoted me an extremely high price for repair. They were going to send someone to verify the issue so we could schedule service. We thought it was going to be a few days out, which would have been totally fine, but one of their technicians, Daniel, had a cancellation and was able to come the same day we first called! He was able to *properly* diagnose the issue, which gave me peace of mind because the other company told us a bunch of nonsense. This company and ALL their people are the very best you can find!! A great quick and timely response is so much appreciated, and that is exactly what we got with them. Kim and Michael, owners, care about their customers, and it shows. Crawford Haskell was their tech guy today and he is terrific and knows exactly what he is doing. He came to fix our furnace, but we also have the mini split heat/air unit from them. The best thing EVER since sliced bread, quiet, efficient, and easy on the budget.
