We have used Element Pros for two different roofs and quality and expertise have been 100%!!! I couldn't have been more thankful to have such a knowledgeable / courteous crew working on our home. Nick and Will were meticulous in all the details with the removal and installation and they even helped me navigate the claim as well. Alway appreciate hard workers with a dedicated / positive attitude! Roof looks great (again)!

Not happy at all with the communication, damage that came after installs and a plethora of other issues. Would of used another GC that my insurance company recommended, but unfortunately went with a recommendation. It is what it is and now I going forward to run when you don’t get the proper communication needed. It’s not like a roof and storm damage is a $5,000 job. It’s a reasonable ticket item. Will definitely do more research as I start my home addition and more renovations next month to do more homework… and avoid a lot of unnecessary stress.

Element Pros (Nick & Adam) was great to work with! They are super responsive, organized, and were very helpful throughout the insurance claims process. I was extremely happy with the entire experience. They provided me with a live link so I could see pictures (~200 pics) loaded of the progress the crew took while working on the job. I loved the transparency they provided + having proof of the work done to show the insurance company. I would highly recommend Element Pros!
