(Former employee)Very unprofessional, discrimination against people who have mental health issues (ptsd) and to veterans. Employees that are in relation to the owner were never on time to jobs. I was let go due to an argument with one of the brothers of the owner. Nothing was done about the situation and was never asked my side of the story. I was not set up to succeed let alone have the opportunity with this company. I strongly recommend that candidates looking for a position do not consider applying for this company.

Ashton and the entire company was extremely professional. I had some trouble last summer with my A/C. Ashton actually diagnosed my problem by texting him some pics. I asked about replacing it but was he able to get it fixed and running for very little $ until it finally killed off this summer. I got 3 bids to replace my entire system. Theirs was not the highest or lowest but I remembered Ashton's honesty from last summer. I went with their bid and am more than happy with the workmanship and quality so far. My house is more comfortable than all the 13 yrs we have lived there. I can't speak highly

My 5-ton unit went out a few weeks ago and Air817 came on top for a bid to replace it. Ashton and Eric were both very knowledgeable of the work required and were very easy to work with. I've used their help in the past and they've never disappointed. Definitely I recommend their services. Thanks guys!

These guys are great! I called about our A/C not cooling and a gentleman named Ashton showed up within 20 minutes. He was very professional and super knowledgeable. He had our problem fixed in about an hour and was very reasonable with the charge to fix it.

They were extremely service oriented. Had called them once before with issues I wasn't sure was an issue. Instead of immediately sending someone out, he gave me suggestions to try first. Once we realized there was an issue, someone came out immediately, gave us a diagnosis. They were very friendly, efficient and fair. They came out and made the diagnosis and fixed it right away. Then also followed up to be sure everything was done well and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Paid $800 for a temporary fix, which only ended up lasting 24 hours. When we asked for a bid to fully replace, he didn't check on a lot of the details our other 2 bidders did. Then came back with a higher price after we'd already spent $800 with them! He was quick to come out the first time at least, & was a nice guy. But we ended up going with 1st response air.

Great Service!!! Made a call to them early in the morning after air went out the night before. They showed up in 30 mins. Told them the problem and they had it fix and working in 15 mins!!! No trying to up sell or do more work then what was needed. Fixed fast, fixed right & at a great price!!! Next time I have a problem, I'm calling Air817!!!

I contacted air817 after reading some good reviews online. I was not disappointed. They arrived when they told me they would, quickly diagnosed the problem, told me how much it would be to fix it, finished the work the same day and the price I paid was exactly what they had quoted me. Ashton was very professional and friendly. I also overheard him take calls for other customers and treated them with the same level of courtesy and respect. I would definitely recommend them.

The A/C never goes out when it's convenient. It's always on the hottest day of the year. That's what happened to us, and the guys at AIR 817 were there for us when we needed them. They came within about 30 minutes and worked until we were cool. They didn't pressure us to spend more than we needed. They gave us options and were just all around awesome.
These guys are friendly, professional, and hard working. I'd recommend them to my mom!
