Scheduled an appointment for HVAC maintenance, so I blocked off my work schedule. No call, no show. I called later in the day and was told there were other emergency AC repairs, which took priority. That's understandable, although some sort of notice would've been nice. I reschedule for another day in the following week and book off my work schedule again. Another no call no show. Didn't try scheduling a third appointment, still never received any email or call back about why that second one was missed again.

Our AC stopped putting out cold air last night after a storm, however the circuit breaker was ok. I called and spoke with Bill this morning. We had a great conversation and he was able to make it out to my place within a few hours on a very busy day for all HVAC companies I would imagine.
Once Bill arrived, he checked the outdoor and indoor units and found that the refrigerant was rather low. Now that it has been topped off and running for a while, the internal temperature is much better. What a relief on a day with a heat index above 105 degrees.

The quality we received today was outstanding. Our technician (Bill) arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and made the repair in no time. On top of the excellent customer service, Bill shared a few maintenance tips that should serve us well in the future. Was having cooling issues on a HOT day, called a company early morning who was a no call no show 😩. Called O’Brien HVAC after 5pm and Bill was so nice and accommodating, he came the same day within less then 2hrs. He diagnosed the issue, explained what was going on, and fixed it at a reasonable cost. Will definitely recommend and use in the future! Thank you!!!
