I’ve used JDL for the past (3) years for AC and Heating services. They’re always responsive, professional and on time.
Latest service, water heater stopped operating, made a call and within 24 hours had new water heater installed. Price was also very good. Will continue to use JDL services. I’ve never got we can we service you in 3-5 days when I called.

Ire sold me on the job and was very nice. The guys who actually did the job ran the condensation line into my sump pump and the line got wedged in the the float which caused my basement to flood. When I told the Joe, he told me that's not their fault and to call my insurance because he didn't want to put it on his insurance. Ian, the tech who came out to look at where they put the condensation line that caused the flood had a horrible attitude and acted like he was looking for a confrontation. They gave me a choice to run the condensation line outside or into the sump pump, I chose sump

I am extremely happy with the outcome of my project, I had them install a mini-split AC unit and these guys were excellent. Amber was my contact person at their main office and I must say she is super nice and professional. Thanks for your patience, I wanna say I will be back but that means I am jinxing myself for something to go wrong. I am sure at some point I will need you again and if I do you have my business. I needed a smart thermostat installed. Should be a simple job. Sadly it was too much for JDL. The tech didn't correctly secure the common wire and so the thermostat lost power. While I waited on a replacement thermostat they came back out and hooked up a loaner thermostat. After a couple days it too lost power due to the improperly secured common wire. While the tech was out the first time he told me my furnace had a crack in it and needed to be replaced. This was a $6500 job so I called around to get estimates. So far two other companies have said the furnace is fine and doesn't need

Excellent service from Armando and his colleagues, installing a Navien combi-boiler. Quick response time, friendly, and taking safety precautions for Covid. I was warned that a line blockage and air in the system may cause a future issue, and one month later when it came to pass, they were quick to come on site and bleed the air out as required. I will contact JDL for future maintenance needs.

JDL serviced my HVAC system for the first time last fall. The technician was timely, professional and polite. He walked me through my system and explained everything he did.
Last week I found a small flood in my basement. It was around 4:30. I Called JDL and they had a technician at my door within 30 minutes. He was great. He explained what happened, was able to replace the broken part and helped to clean up the wet flooded area.
I would highly recommend JDL HVAC for any of your air conditioning or heating needs. I have them on a service contract that includes fully checking my system 2x a year

We had JDL come out for an estimate for furnace and AC replacement with new ducting to an addition. They arrived as scheduled on 11/12 and we went over all of the details. We never heard back from them with an estimate, so we called a week later to ask about it. After some hemming and hawing, we were told that someone would call us back that day with the estimate. Well, it has now been another 5 days and we've heard nothing.

Called this morning and set up an appointment to have a technician take a look at my unit as it had stopped working last night. The representative told me a tech could be at my house in about 20 min (this was around 1pm) I told them that if I left work right away the soonest I could be home was 2:30pm. They agreed and charged me a $30 "booking fee". 21 minutes later I get a call stating the techs were 20 minutes from my house and would be there shortly. Woke up to a warm house... quick call the JDL, they had a service tech (Ian) at my place within 3 1/2 hours. Quick diagnosis of a bad capacitor (also an easy fix), plus he checked the pressure in my ten year old system and brought it up to speed. The system is definitely getting old and headed for replacement, but there was no push for extra/costly repairs today.

It was around 6:30 pm, so well after business hours, on a sub-freezing, Winter night, when my 24 year old furnace shut down. It was not 10 seconds after hitting the button to submit my Angie's List questionnaire about my problem, even before I could receive their list of recommended service providers, that my phone rang. Exceptional service! Used this company once before when my air went out and was highly pleased with the service. Fixed the minor problem quickly and got the air up and running. So glad I kept the card because this time it was major and tech Ire came out and again got the system functioning properly. He came out on a Friday night, kept me informed of what was going on with my unit and suggested the necessary things to keep this from happening again. Recently my upstairs air conditioning unit had broken so I had called a few AC companies including JDL HVAC services on that Friday night. Everywhere else I called said that they wouldn't be able to come to the house until Monday but JDL was able to come out that next day, Saturday morning.
