I would recommend Sunrise to friends and family, Kendall was very professional with his inspection of my roof he showed me the damage to my roof. I had two other inspections scheduled on the same day Kendall came and he was the only one who looked in my attic and got on my roof. The roof was scheduled and done in no time. Austin and Daniel where very polite and professional overlooking the job and the roofers worked very hard to finish they were all great ! I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Critical: Responsiveness
We had our roof repaired 6 months ago and still have one area leaking, we have a 10 yr warranty and have called for the past 3 months to have someone come back out. Several promises from them to have someone come out, yet no one has. Would not recommend this place!

Sunrise was great to work with. They were professional from start to finish and really did a great job. Our new roof looks amazing. We had a bad hail storm that left our roof in need of replacement. Kendall, the owner of Sunrise, really helped us navigate the insurance process with integrity and went above and beyond to get the insurance company what they needed to approve our claim. My experience with Sunrise Roofing was excellent. They came on time and completed my roof service within a day. The workmanship and quality of the job was perfect. I love my new roof. They were all professional. Gary the sales representative was excellent, he sold the service and work and I’m happy that made my contract with them. Marcus was also excellent at overseeing the entire project and making that I was fully satisfied with the service. Customer service is next to nothing. If you make a call about wanting a roof repair/new roof, you won't believe how fast they will set up an appointment and send you LOTS of good reviews about how amazing Sunrise Roofing will service your needs. BUT- call and ask them to come check on a problem AFTER your roof has been installed, you will hear crickets. NO call backs, no glad to help, nothing.

Beware! Sunrise roofing will give you nothing but head aches. Installed roof. Left the vent for the heat and air unhooked. Took over a month to get inside painted. Took over a month to get vent hooked up. When they repaired the vent, broke the coolant line for the air cond. Would not even come back to the house to see what they did!

I had Sunrise look at a damaged roof on a home I owned a couple of years ago. The conducted themselves very professional and helpful at that time, however, the insurance company turned down the roof replacement. We repaired the roof and changed insurance carriers.
After we lost additional shingles, I asked Sunrise to take a look at the damage and let me know if they could replace the roof for the amount approved by the insurance company and I also had

I had no issues with the roofing job. My issue is with trying to get a warranty in writing from them. I refused final payment until I got all the info in writing. Received a call from the owner cursing at me and saying he would come in my home and take the check. I had no problem paying them for the job. Just wanted my warranty in writing. And then found out they were telling my neighbors that I was not happy because they wouldn't warranty painting a metal roof. I didn't even have that done just got a quote for that. Would not recommend them simply for terrible customer service.

Recent wind damage to our roof led to an unsolicited parade of roofers knocking on our doors. We met Sean and Trey of Sunrise Roofing this way. After a lengthy initial meeting, we hired Sunrise to replace our roof shingles. They were the only roofers who actually had a copy of their insurance certificate to show us. (When asked, other roofers said they'll get us a copy and then never follow up.) Sean Holmes was the Sunrise rep we dealt with and we felt that he answered our questions in a straightforward and comprehensive manner. We also checked every single reference that Sunrise provided

Worst roofing company ever. Not only were they incompetent and couldn't install the roof correctly but they destroyed my gutters. Then like the greedy company that they are they said that my insurance wouldn't cover it after they installed it. When I called my insurance they said they paid in full after confronting them they sent me a ride email.
