Craig Shaffer, project manager, was always on time, called when he said he would to the minute, and his crew to replace our roof was fantastic! We kept waiting for the ball to be dropped, but every single aspect of the estimate, purchase, and replacement went like clockwork. Cannot recommend this company enough. I was a bit skeptical at first when my doorbell was rang one afternoon to what I thought was another salesman at my door. I was offered a free inspection to look at the condition of my roof, I thought about it for a couple days and called the company. I got my free inspection from Brian Hinds, he was extremely thorough and informed me that we had a good chance getting the replacement through insurance via storm damage. He was very helpful and explained and handled the entire process for me. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new roof and the entire replacement. Highly recommend.

I knew of Ricky (the owner) from a prior business endeavor. After my house was damaged from a wind storm, I happened to run into him again in East ATL and he mentioned he did roofing. His team came out, gave me & inspection and helped me get the roof paid for by the insurance company.
Very impressed with the entire process & how quickly the roof was done.
The county has come out to inspect the quality of the installation and ensures me that everyone was done up to standard and code.
10/10 would recommend

Southern Premier Roofing, and Project Manager, Brian Hinds, worked with me to replace my home's roof, about a month ago. Brian was outstanding in that he was professional and forthright about the entire process. He inspected my roof and showed lots of photos of what he found. He arranged for a three way call with my insurance company, and was here when the adjuster came for an inspection. The roof was installed, with the roofing crew showing up before 7am to get a good start. The crew did not leave until the entire yard was cleaned up and all roofing trash appropriately discarded. I had a great experience with Southern Premiere and with Brian Hinds. The great thing about using a smaller company like this is the service and care that you get. We went through my insurance and Brian did all the work for that process. When it looked unsure if I was going to get approved or not Brian assured me he would do whatever was in his power to make sure I got approved. And sure enough I got approved a couple days later and now I have my new roof. The work was fast and accurate and my new roof looks great. The reason I would use this company above all else is the integrity and honesty
