I was blown away by the level of quality and professionalism I experienced with BJ Shower Door Company. We had a little mix up with my new bathroom install as far as the date of completion but they were still able to work through it quickly after a hectic morning for both of us. Their work is great quality. I'm giving them a 2 because the front office customer service & communication are non-existent. The techs are friendly & skilled. As long as your job gets done right the first time, you won't have to worry about it, but make sure you tell the tech exactly what you want b/c the front office likely didn't. I never once received any kind of apology for me having to take off work 3 times for them to get it right. A "Sorry" can go a long way.

I had a GREAT experience. I called this morning to see if they repaired older shower doors, gave Greg a very rough idea of what I had, and he knew exactly what I needed and said bring it out. I just stopped by and brought in my door. Greg said let me just fix that right now, and he was busy, it wasn't like he didn't have other things to do!! He fixed it, got me a new water strip/gasket for the bottom of the door, and they even had glass cleaner I could buy to get rid of the hard water build up off of my glass and metal. I'll be back, when the time comes to remodel my bathroom. Thanks Greg!

My contractor suggested this company for our shower remodel and I have no complaints. The only potential issue is that we didn't move the toilet and it is fairly close to where the shower area is - but they measured and said it was fine, and the new shower door/glass swings both ways (inside the shower and outside past the toilet) with no issues. Nothing negative to say, they were professionals and got it installed quickly.
