Controlled Systems HVAC, Inc. (CSI) is a growing family owned HVAC&R company engaged in the sales, service, installation and design of all types of commercial, industrial and Residential HVAC&R Systems. CSI has been servicing customers throughout the metro Boston and Southern New Hampshire area since 1987.
Our normal service area is a 1 hour drive radius from Salem, NH. But we do travel greater distances if needed. We perform service, repairs, maintenance, evaluation, and installation of ultra-low temp, cascade and compound coolers, and all other forms of refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating.
On the Heating side Boilers, Furnaces, Unit Heaters, Hot Water and Hot Air systems. We also deal with the starting, testing and balancing of new HVAC systems. Process Cooling and Heating. Consulting, Commissioning and problem Solutions. Process Chillers, Heat Exchangers and Cooling Towers. We also do Residential Systems.

One of the most knowledgeable and experienced companies in the area. Bill (the owner) knows his stuff and he has been doing HVAC all his life. I used him to install a 40 ton Liebert unit at mission critical call / data center in Concord and everything went perfect .....and he beat the price of every other vendor in the area. What more can you ask for ?

Friendly, fast, and responsive. The owner Bill has been my go to HVAC Technician for over 20 years now.
