The previous (elderly) homeowner hired Secore to do their roof. We ended up purchasing the house and immediately had trouble with leaks in one of the 3/4 of the roof they did (we can get to that in a moment). They installed the wrong type of shingles in the valley, which caused the leak. They returned to fix it. Now, a couple years later it is leaking again, directly into our attic. Now back to the 3/4 of the roof being done. Why not the entire roof? Nobody would ask for 3/4 of a roof to be done. Well I’ll tell you! There’s an old scam that roofing companies do, where they bid on the job for
