Fertilizer plays a key role in maintaining or improving your lawn's health. If we do not perform this service for you please do it yourself and remember FOLLOW THE FERTILIZER'S DIRECTIONS TO AVOID BURN!. Should your lawn require more than two bags, you will be contacted by phone for your approval. If we do not perform this service for you please do it yourself during the weeks listed above and FOLLOW THE FERTILIZER'S DIRECTIONS TO AVOID BURN!.

Should your Spring Clean Up exceed our base price of $200.00 we will contact you before we start your service. This will limit our ability to use the dethatcher without damaging your lawn. Should your lawn be wet and / or still have snowbanks at the time of service, we will be unable to use the dethatcher.

Just Lawns has a professional office they answer every phone call and if not they WILL respond also they do a lot of good work. They are always on time and they can deal with pets out side.They come through the back fence. And they have gotten best lawn maintenance 2 times! They are hiring now and they are the best lawn maintenance in town! The guys there are so sweet and fun.

This service is amazing. I have been a customer for a few years and have been requesting the Spring cleanup yearly. They are friendly, quick with scheduling service, and very reasonable when it comes to cost. They are the best part and start of Spring/Summer yard journey. They always did a great job and were super responsive. I was always able to schedule my lawn care on my day off so I could unlock the gate. Experience with other companies, leaving the gate open and my pups getting out ensures I will never schedule a service if I’m not home. This year they won’t schedule specific days so sadly I will have to take my business elsewhere. Understandable that they have to have a change in policy considering what’s going on, but just won’t work for me.

Multiple issues with lawns half cut, even from missed weedeating in the front lawn, complete misses in the backyard and clumps of grass in the front yard despite paying premium pricing for full bagging prices

I cannot tell you how amazing they are! Words give no justice! My husband is night shift so he has very particular hours, but they worked around that and we really appreciate it so very much!
More importantly I was BLOWN away by the incredible I mean INCREDIBLE job they did on my yard. It’s nearly unrecognizable, and so worth the money!!! 💯 💯
