Morena Home Design just finished remodeling my kitchen and dining room, giving me the open concept my husband and I wanted. I am so happy with how it turned out! Sami, the contractor, has been in the industry for many years. He was easy to work with and is very energetic and personable. I am updating my previous review due to a problem I encountered after my bathroom was remodeled. The work looked great but was not done properly, resulting in a leakage problem inside a wall that went undetected long enough to cause a mold situation. The quality workmanship was lacking. It caused many repair issues as well as expense and inconvenience not satisfactorily addressed by the contractor. My insurance company determined the faulty remodel was the cause.

Sami is not just a contractor but also a good designer which comes in handy when remodeling a bathroom. The bathroom project was actually fun to have done not the stress I expected. Sami is on the site every day with his various teams of craftsman giving them detailed instructions. He is available anytime he is needed. I will use him again!

I needed to get a bathroom in my house remodeled, and I hired Sami from Morena Home Design. I did not see the following review in the neighborhood newsletter until after I signed the contract with Sami. A man in Laguna Hills wrote, "Stay away from Sami Behzad at Morena Home Design. I am redoing almost all the work he did in our bathroom ."Unfortunately, I had the same experience. I also had to hire people to do what he didn't do and to redo some of the work he did do, including tile and plumbing. He was always too busy going to his other projects to give my project the attention

We have used Morena Home Design for both phases of our condo remodel. The first phase encompassed a total kitchen remodel, new flooring in the front half of the unit, painting, plumbing, and electrical. The results were fantastic and the team was efficient and easy to work with. Sami's design suggestions gave an extra spark to the results. The 2nd phase encompassed continuing the same ceramic flooring throughout the remainder of the unit, repair of water damage to the ceiling, painting, and electrical. Again the entire project was accomplished quickly and efficiently with the same excellent
