Several months ago we decided to replace our original 7 year old all electric HVAC with a new and more efficient electric/gas HVAC platform unit. Rheaco was highly recommended to us so we selected them for the turn key operation. We are extremely pleased with both the equipment and their service. Since the work was done in mid winter, they scheduled their work so there was minimum down time to be without heat.
We have been blessed with three new vans in 2017 and we wish to introduce our "new look". We feel our employees and our workmanship STANDS OUT and so we want our vehicles to STAND OUT! Branding our company is beyond just a memorable logo, good branding increases the value of a company, provides employees with direction and motivation, and makes acquiring new customers easier.
But little did I know that they were giving important advice - - - "let your actions be the proof of your word, deed and beliefs" They were changing my culture. We have used Rheaco for many years to service and repair our AC units, and they are always on time and very professional. This time they installed a new unit for us and we are very pleased with it. Our electric bill has gone down substantially. We plan to continue to use Rheaco for maintenance and any repair work that may be needed.

After discussing problems, your appointment is scheduled. They show up as scheduled. NO RESCHEDULING!
They are EXCELLENT at what they do. Highly qualified. HAVE NOT HAD ANY REWORK performed whatsoever, and I'm talking several years past the initial repair.
They do not mess around. They fix the problem. They will show you the broken parts if asked. They explain what the source of problem is in layman's terms so it is easy for you to understand.

The technician was very professional during the process of servicing my HVAC unit. He also removed the humidifier, took it to the shop and cleaned it, brought it back in a couple of days and reinstalled it. The unit is currently keep my home very warm during this very cold weather.

Thank you so much for the excellent service. When my old heat/cool system died, I had no idea what to do. My late husband had always handled things like that. I knew the Gentrys were good people and would not take advantage of me. Mr. Morgan came out to review what I needed. He recommended a couple of systems and explained the advantages of each. After the new system was installed, I was thrilled. The system works perfectly and is very quiet. Just had yearly maintenance and everything is working well. Thanks for the excellent service, professional staff, and trustworthy company.

Scheduled appointment Monday morning, service recharge showed up within 1hour. Tech Steve was very thorough in his testing, found the system was low on Freon and added the needed amount. After adding Freon he retested system to make sure there were no leaks and now the AC is back to cooling again. Great service, fair price, will use Rheaco again if I need HVAC service. Also Cherie was great in setting up appointment and communicating service information.
