We specialize in recurring house cleaning services, bi-weekly, weekly, and monthly cleaning. We also offer one-time cleaning, move in and out cleanings as well as special event cleaning.
The Cleaning Advantage is a locally owned top rated house cleaning service specializing in recurring cleaning services. All of our friendly cleaners are experienced, background-checked and fully insured. Our house cleaners will always arrive to your home equipped with premium eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment.
The top to bottom deluxe cleaning is like a Spring cleaning and is for homes that have never had professional cleaning services and or the condition of the home has declined over time due to lack of attention. It is our most popular cleaning especially for homes that are newly going on the market, apartment move outs, final cleaning before the transfer of home from seller to buyer, or as a precursor to your regular maintenance cleaning.
General cleanings are for homes that are at or near maintenance level of cleaning and generally take half the time of a top to bottom deluxe cleaning. They are great for when you just do not have the time to tackle your regular cleaning on your own and need some help. We do add on a little bit of extra time to tackle any buildup of soap scum in the shower or more than normal amount of grease in the kitchen.
Bi-weekly cleanings are the most popular cleaning for most homeowners as it tends to keep the home on an even keel of cleaning by having your cleaning done every 14 days. All items that are cleaned on a general cleaning are done in a bi-weekly cleaning. Bi-weekly cleanings work well for busy families that are always on the go and maybe have a couple of cats and or dogs.

I have been using The Cleaning Advantage for a while now and I enjoy the service. I receive cleanings on a bi-weekly basis. I find the rates to be reasonable and competitive with other similar companies out there. Our most regular cleaner is Hannah. She has a great personality, and always leaves our home sparkling clean and smelling fresh.

We have been using the Cleaning Advantage for almost 10 years and Brenda has been with us from the start. She is always on time, takes great pride in her work, and always takes the time to make sure the house is spotless from top to bottom. She treats our house like it is her own and her attention to all the little details is amazing. I have been using the Cleaning Advantage for close to a decade and Brenda has been the staff person on our account for almost the entire time. I can't say enough wonderful things about Brenda. She does a beautiful job cleaning, and, even more importantly from my perspective, is a pleasure to have in my home. I trust her completely with my home and belongings, and my pets. We started with a deep cleaning of our home and now have a bi-weekly cleaning. They do a fantastic job and we can’t say enough about how much we love this service. They’re courteous, professional, and always greet us with a smile. A few times we were still trying to get the kids out the door to school when they showed up and they were more than accommodating. I regularly recommend this service to my friends in the local area.

Our kitchen and bathrooms needed a deep cleaning. My Wife and I we're amazed when we saw the end results from these two ladies, (Amanda and Crystal) that came over to our house to clean. They we're very professional, upbeat and in general, very nice people. Our bathrooms and kitchen we're so very bright, clean, and almost looking like new! We can't wait for these two great workers to come back over to clean our living room/dining room walls.

I'm very impressed with this company. Very professional and the owner is extremely attentive. Reasonably priced for great service.
Our house cleaner, Ray is awesome! I got to meet her this week and she was so spot on, efficient and effective at her job. I do bi-weekly cleanings and may bump it to weekly down the road.

The Cleaning Advantage is a very well run services business that is open and fair. Yesterday, I had Hannah clean my house, and she was phenomenal. She paid great attention to detail, cleaned the nursery thoroughly and quickly so my daughter could nap, and was courteous the remainder of the cleaning. I appreciate the time she spent cleaning every last crevice (this is why you hire a cleaning service!!). I highly recommend the Cleaning Advantage, and if you can, request Hannah!

I have used the Cleaning Advantage for their house cleaning service for many years, and have been very satisfied. However, we now have Faith servicing my home, and have found that she is the best house cleaning technician we have ever had! Her work ethic is superior, and takes pride in what she does to clean my - "not so easy " house to clean. I am always glad to see that she has been assigned to my cleaning because I know that it will be done consistently and perfectly!
