My wife had a conversation with Jessica and set up a time for her to come to our house for a quote. She gave a 2 hour window, so I took the time off to be at the house, however she never showed. She finally responded to texts 4 days later that she had a bad cold - which apparently prevented her from communicating that she was no showing the appointment. Very unprofessional.

Jess is certainly amazing at what she does! I can tell she works hard to make sure every inch is dusted, mopped & cleaned. My house always smells amazing when I come home. If I every need to reschedule or pick a day where kids aren’t home, she is super accommodating and understanding.
My husband and I work shift work, taking care of 3 kids, and she is my lifesaver when it comes to helping me maintain a clean household!! Highly recommended.

Jess does a wonderful job! Our cleaning lady of 3 years didn’t return to work with covid and we found Jess and couldn’t be happier. She is fairly priced, pays attention to detail and is super responsive. We have 2 young children and I work from home and we all look forward to a clean home!
