These are just a few of things our technician will do during a routine Maintenance: Check and tighten all Hardware, Test the Door Balance, Inspect and Replace Rollers, Replace Weather Stripping, Lubricate all moving Parts, Check Cables, Test the Auto Reverse Safety Features, Clear the Tracks and Inspect the door for any damage due to weather or climate.

Installation of a replacement Overhead Door chain garage door operator with a belt drive Might Mule operator.
Pros:
1) Answers telephone calls; 2) Was willing to install a customer furnished operator; 3) Set-up an installation appointment for the next day; 4) Technician was very polite; and 5) When installation problems were discovered the owner came out next day to fix the installation errors and omissions.
Cons: The installation technician did not follow the installation instructions correctly. As a result he:
a) installed the drive belt upside down---the safety stop did not work properly
Pros:

Two days after moving into my new house the garage door stopped working.
I called Ancient City Garage Doors and they were able to come promptly the next morning.
Joe was awesome. He explained the issues and all the options to fix it. Not for a minute tried to over sale products or services, instead he educated me on all the possibilities and how they may work.
The garage door is now fixed. I know it's an old system so when time comes to replace it I know I'll call Ancient City Garage Doors for sure.
Plus I love working with a local business!
