I recently move to the area. I had a problem with my garage door. I called the company that installed the door. I did not receive any call back for a couple of days. Then a voice msg. I tried to call back but no response. I tried several ither companies with little success. I call Action OHD. The company had a crew there the next day. The two gentleman where very kind and professional. I will be using this company for any garage door needs.

Want to thank Kevin for his expertise and tenacity in fixing my garage door. The issue had been going on for years and had called their service people out several times. But Kevin went above and beyond to fix the door. And did not charge me for the repeated service calls. Not many businesses are that courteous and have the integrity to complete the job. Thanks again. This being a very busy time for them, they managed to squeeze in our garage door emergency next day while other companies couldn’t get to us for at least a week. Family owned and operated, very polite, very customer oriented, got the issue resolved super fast and didn’t break the bank.
