Brian was great! Our garage door stopped working on Thanksgiving. I called Precision Door the next day and was so happy to get an appointment the same day. Brian called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the problem and gave me 3 tiers of repair options. Once I decided which one, he quickly went to work, completing everything in under 75 minutes including cleaning up. Highly recommend Brian and Precision! They’re the best!

I called Precision and they were able to come out on the same day. Technician Jonathan was excellent!!! Professional service, knew the product very well and answered all of our questions. Had a broken spring. Anthony replaced both springs and gave the door a good inspection and lubrication. He also gave me some good pointers for preventive maintenance on the door. The cost was higher than I expected. I did not check prices with anyone else, nor did I get a formal estimate from them before the job. I usually do for jobs like this but did not this time for whatever reason. All things said, it was good quality work and parts, so a good job done. He also took necessary precautions for Covid, which is a good thing these days. Thank you!

Precision was very helpful while installing garage doors on our new home. From the appraisal process to the completion of the install the employees were helpful and informative. Specifically, Anthony who was a pleasure to work with, he had finished installing the motors on the doors when I noticed they were the wrong ones, he removed the motors and installed the new ones. He was working from 10am til 9pm. He was patient and when done he made sure we knew how to use all of the garage door features. I’m glad I chose precision to install our doors, would definitely recommend them to all!
