Long story short they came by the house, gave me an estimate and I gave them the go ahead. Said they were trying to get more money from the insurance company so I just waited. Couple weeks went by with no contact, started calling and leaving messages with no return call. After about 2 more weeks of calling every other day I just gave up. Wasted about a month of my time.

I went through Angie's List. The top two companies called me, set up appointments. Neil from the Roofing Guys also called later that day and said he would call me back after the other two companies put in their bid. The top two companies recommended by Angie's List did not make their appointments or even call to let me know they weren't coming or not interested. Neil called me back and set up an appointment the next day and showed up on time. Even though it was a small job replacing a sheet of plywood and two roof boots, Neil treated it like it was just as important to him as it was to me. Two
