We looked at several builders and Scott Homes LLC was by far the best choice. You can see by the work done that Scott Homes takes pride in each house they build as if it were their own. The owners of Scott Homes were constantly on the property overseeing the construction. The house is beautiful and we are very happy with every detail. The craftsmanship and design is very nice. We LOVE our new home!

My husband and I purchased a Scott Homes last month. The house is energy efficient and high quality materials were used to build it. We had the house inspected even though it was new before buying it. Scott Homes addressed all the concerns we had from the inspection report within a week. Also, the house was already valued by $5,000 more than our asking price even before the closing period. Lastly, Deborah, the builder’s contact person, has outstanding customer service. She listened to all our concerns and ensured that they were addressed and fixed so we can close on schedule. We are very happy
