Desert West Builder's staff includes several key personnel, whose activities are coordinated by the president and senior project manager. All have extensive design/build experience and have worked on a wide range of projects. We can construct projects from ground-up, high-quality facilities, to high design restaurants, fast-track retail, and tenant improvements.

Working with Desert West Builders was such a pleasant experience! Scott Johnson was so helpful! He understood what we were striving to accomplish with our new building and he and his crew got the job done. The office manger Jessica, was amazing as well. Very polite every time I called!

If I could give below 1 star I would. They called saying they would be coming to our property within the hour. I was doing working in the garage, the front yard, and our courtyard. The tech "Steve" never came, in fact, they have a GPS tracker that showed it was at a park the whole time. Then all of the sudden, I get text messages saying that my issue would have to be resolved at a later time. So I go ahead and call the company, the phone operator was incredibly aggressive with me basically saying I wasn't at the property, yet no one even showed up to the property. The worst company every the lady that is answering the phone disrespectful ,she told me she doesn't care I told her Of course you won't because you are not the owner
I wiatted for them 4 day to fix my AC and after that I got somebody else to fix it .they don't care about the time !
I wanted to review them with zero but one star the least thing and they don't deserve it even
I don't recommend this company at all ,

Customer service is terrible. Summer in AZ id well over a 100 degrees and they can work out any better availability. I call in to ask to get my appointment moved up and "Manager" Lisa was incredibility rude. She was very condescending and left me on hold for 10 minutes at a time. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
