Tactical Restoration was recommended to me when I had water damage from condensation in my walls. That repair was submitted through an insurance claim. Tyler was there to go through the repairs with the adjuster, who said Tyler was very knowledgeable and approved all of his recommendations on the spot.

This company's front office is in complete disarray from everybody that works there to their office manager. There was never any follow up I was the one that always had to call them asking what the status was between their conversations with my insurance company. I sent them the statement of work from my insurance company well over a month ago and the people at tactical restoration said they would assign me a project manager. I called them almost every week for a month and nothing happened and then all of a sudden they told me they didn't have the insurance company statement of work and

So sad and APPALLING that you would throw your worker Chris under the bus Corey. Chris was professional, communicative and there was NO PROBLEM with the estimate appointment. I think I made it extremely clear in my review that you are the problem Corey. I know that Chris asked you to call me and you didn't. In addition, I left three messages for you at the office that I know you got.

Tactical Restoration recently completed a repair to our ceiling. They did an amazing job. Alex who did the estimate and scheduling of repairs was great to work with. They had to come in an fix/complete a job which another restoration company screwed up. Crew that worked on our job were very professional, competent and a pleasure to work with.
