Saw a vehicle we were interested in online and called to make sure it was still available. Neil went out and checked to make sure it was still there before we drove an hour and had it parked and ready for us to test drive. Neil was honest and knew the answers to the questions we asked. He had a price of the vehicles we asked him about, unlike a nearby dealership we got caught driving through on our way to Baldwin that had no idea what anything costs and the answer was we'd have to talk to the manager. Neil took the time to set up the phone to the car and went through how to work a lot of the features

Best car deal experience I've ever had. Asked for Neil who was recommended by a friend. Told him what I wanted, as well as what I didn't want. Neil completely respected my wishes. After a very short negotiation I left believing that I got a good deal plus the car I came in for. No hard sell on things I didn't want or need. I will be back.
