Awesome service! Had a vehicle issue on Labor Day weekend traveling through Missouri and was towed to Bud Shell in Dexter. The service manager (Jason) was awesome and was able to get us a loaner vehicle so we could continue on our way while our Explorer could be repaired. Great customer service. If we lived closer would shop this dealership 😀

Unbelievable service, Simply The BEST!!
Last Saturday while driving from Ohio to Arkansas for a week long vacation/family reunion our car broke down about 25 miles from Dexter Missouri, two separate people stopped and offered to help and lend assistance, one even drove to a store 20+ miles away and returned with a wrench and water for my wife and grandson. The problem with the car was electronic components that were only repairable from a good mechanic.
The other gentleman left and came back about 30 minutes later and told us he was able to reach the owner of Bud Shell Ford in Dexter and that
