Our working area is from Savannah to Charleston and over to Columbia. Mitchell Construction Company, Inc. was founded in 1932 by L.S. Mitchell, Sr. In 1951 Lloyd Mitchell Jr. joined the firm. The name was appropriately changed to L.S. Mitchell and Son. Lloyd Jr. later left the company and his brother, James Mitchell, joined his father in the family business in 1959.
