These guys get five stars for getting me out of a bind - and quickly!
One night, in a failed attempt to multitask, I had brownies in the oven - and got the bright idea to walk my dog while they were baking. I had 30 minutes for the brownies to finish, which I though was good time to do the walk and return just before the brownies were done. We left out of the house, and without thought, I locked the knob lock and quickly shut the door behind me. With no keys. They showed up when I asked to make me a key. Apparently, the owner helped me. I spent $275 for a smart key fob for my Hyundai Sonata. He custom fit a physical key and programmed the smart fob for my push-to-start car feature. He worked fast and I thought he was professional. Until the smart part of the fob's transmitter failed. I tried changing the battery and even verified the key was broken with a certified Hyundai servicer.
