Building our home with Kimberely Development was a top notch experience for us. Jason Somsky, our building supervisor kept us informed every inch of the way and his crew did outstanding workmanship on every step of the build. The entire staff communicated with us in a timely manner on any questions we had. I can say we have a beautiful home to enjoy for many years and would recommend Kimberely to anyone who is looking for a quality built home and a good experience during the construction process.

Building a home with Kimberley was definitely a WOW experience. If we had questions they were answered, if we called to inquire about something we received a response, if we left a message the call was returned in a timely manner. Everyone on the team was a joy to work with, it was a lot of fun. We love the home and enjoy coming home to it every night. Kimberly builds a solid home, they take their time are very professional they make no short cuts. Everything is done right. We had a great home building experience with the Kimberley Development team!
We built a new home with them in 2013 in the Silverstone Development in Johnston. From Bill working through and customizing the home plans, to Tawnya working through the picks or finishes to Ron supervising the construction and completion of our home - it was a pleasurable experience.
2 years later we are still enjoying our home and happy that it is quality construction that we have not had any significant issues with.
We would recommend Kimberley as the builder for your new home - everyday!!!
