We can’t say enough about how amazing Dynasty Partners was through our entire build process. Scott and team were always available to offer advice and answer questions. Building a house can be so intimidating, but Scott was by our side the entire way. He came to all our finish meetings, he advised us on what would give us our desired look, and made the entire process extremely fun. I wish I needed to build another house so we could use Dynasty again!

I found Dynasty Partners during an open house and noticed right away that the quality of their homes were superior to many other builders. We decided to use DP to build our retirement home. We selected Dynasty Partners for our new first custom home and were totally pleased with the results. Beautiful home and exceptional quality throughout. Dynasty Partners completed our custom home in 2018 and we couldn't be happier with our experience.The entire process was very smooth and pleasurable. Scott is very professional, kind, responsive and helpful. He makes sure we were OK during the whole building process and even follow-up before the warranty period expired to make sure everything was OK.

Scott and the Dynasty Partners team were amazing from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, Scott was extremely easy to work with and made sure we were happy with our choices. We were involved with every single decision for our home and when we weren't sure what to do, Scott was there to help us out. Scott was in constant communication with us, making a process that is was very new to us feel comfortable. If we ever built again, we would 100 percent choose Dynasty a second time.
We were grateful to have found a builder who (1) had attention to detail and good planning skills, (2) was flexible with us as we worked through the design process, and (3) had great follow-through and responsiveness during the warranty period.
We also appreciated the many talented subcontractors, from the framers who made super square windows, to the carpenter who did all our built-ins, to the A/V guy who helped us pre-wire our home theater system, to Ron Dill who made everything perfect at the end (and many others!)

We just finished building with Dynasty and feel confident that we worked with the best builders available. This was our first time building, so Scott was patient and helpful as we figured out what we wanted. We had flexibility with customizing our home and choosing some more unique finishes, but he kept it from being completely overwhelming and was able to help guide some decisions once he’d gotten a sense for our style. And it turned out beautifully! We were told several times that Dynasty Homes always comes through the final inspection without a single problem, and we weren’t disappointed
