I have been purchasing furniture from Lisy’s since they first opened,I recently moved in January so decided to go there to furnish my new place because I’ve never had problems. My bed set came fast but the other beds and stuff was taking forever. Every time I called there was always the excuse of because of COVID or they would say that she wasn’t. My son bed slacks had broken and they came to”fix” it and it snapped in which it broke a piece of the footboard. I went to this store today 9/4/21 just looking to purchase a dinning room set and just walking in to this place I found the one I was looking for 5 piece dinning set but damn the price was almost $800 and that was not including taxes I guess the owner was there but no one even bother asking if we need it help left the store and am so grateful I did because that same dinning room set is on a web site and is not even $400 online will never be going back to this place again please any one looking to buy furniture do some research because this people buy way cheaper online and sell it way more expensive

I placed an order January 25th, I did not hear or got an answer from anyone at the location in 2 months. I took it upon myself to open a claim through my bank under the impression that I was being charged for items I wasn’t going to receive. When opening the claim, my bank notified the store of this action being taken against them, they decided to reach out and try to schedule a delivery that never took place once again. After a long and dreadful time of trying to get a hold of them and going back and forth they finally delivered my items incomplete. They brought everything except the mirror

She is not a nice person in person to me.like she doesn't want to be bothered with my kind. This happened to me more than once

Very unprofessional place , ones they get your money there customer service goes out the window. I usually read reviews before heading to a lotion in this case I did not take the time to due so and its been such. nightmare dealing with this people. They don't answer calls and only reach out when it is convenient for them to do so. Best pay a lot more and go else where then have to step back in this place AGAIN. Don't waste your time here.

Worse service ever!!! None professional with their work not to mention they broke my frame and glass statue while trying to bring things in. Also paying for furniture that hasn't even got delivered yet. Don't order from here take my word

Honestly, bad experience on several occasions. And I literally purchased everything in my house from Lisy's Furniture. No loyalty once she gets her money and cares little about retaining good customers.

In May, I ordered a couch and agreed to 5 pieces for $1550. I had my entire order paid by May 17, 2018. I never ordered an ottoman because I already had a coffee table. When the item arrived at my house, in June, I only received 3 pieces & an ottoman. I was confused because I never ordered an ottoman. In addition, my receipt did not say ottoman on it. I immediately informed the owner

She's a thief! Sold me 3 parts of a $900 "L" shaped couch for $1550, and when I went back with my original receipt, that said 5 pieces on there, she changed the number on the receipt. I had to call the cops, when they showed up to Lisy's, they said that it was unethical was done to me but that the matter is a civil matter and that I should take her to civil court. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! She is a fast talking, lying, unethical business owner. She takes advantage of minorities and people from her own community. I discovered Lisy's the other day while driving down Ella Grasso. It was by far the best furniture shopping experience I've ever had.

The selection and prices were great, but the staff was even better. Unlike a lot of other places I've been, they let me browse on my own without bothering me. Yet, whenever I had a question they were right there ready to answer. I ended up buying all of my apartment furniture from Lisy's. So long Ikea chairs!

The delivery was fast and flawless. Next time I need furniture I will definitely be back.
