My refrigerator/freezer was no longer cooling. I called them on a Tuesday and was able to get an appointment 2 days later. The technician did a call ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived right on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem, found the part needed, and fixed. I will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them with appliance repair needs.

We called George’s services on Dec 31….they came out and diagnosed that the control panel and lock was defective…estimate was 515…I paid a 100 dollar deposit….the arrival date came and went…each time I called, I got a new arrival date…until they stopped giving me a new date…months would go by with no update…it’s now September and they called and said next Wednesday it’d be here…and then calling back and offering a different (more expensive) solution…I’m completely sympathetic to the supply chain disruptions caused by COVID…but I think this outfit is unprofessional

Terrible work and customer service, watch out for this company !
They fixed my dryer and after 6 weeks stopped work again. Technician said once fixed would go lifetime…I traveled out of the country and called them after I got back. It was 4 days after the service guarantee expired (3 months). They set up an appointment between 12 and 4pm and nobody show up. 4:30pm technician called saying couldn’t make it “on time”.
I called the company to reschedule and nobody answered…. Call got redirected to a rude guy who didn’t introduced himself and just said he wasn’t at the office and couldn’t

Please avoid them at any cost!! The technician came knew nothing about the dishwasher applicance. Don't fall into their star ratings in Goggle reviews. Do look at the poor ratings comments and determine whether you need to hire them. They know nothing about repair services or in the business of understanding the applicance technicalities. The technician who came had no clue with dishwaher repair. He did not to even open up and diagnose the issue. He started giving all the lame reason not to open the unit. All they want is to charge the service fee and be done with it. Avoid this company.

Outstanding Service! John came to my house today and totally solved my Samsung refrigerator issue. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Additionally, he provided lots of good tips that will save me from repair issues in the future and possibly reduce any future service calls. This will translate into an increase of new customers as I will be telling everyone I know to use their services. Thanks John, and thanks Georges Services!!

Outstanding service. James is extremely knowledgeable and most efficient. Had our Frigidaire diagnosed and repaired within an hour. We will definitely be using Georges Services the next time we have an appliance issue. We recommend highly.

Thumbs up to Georges Services!  Nike came to the rescue after another company had replaced oven hinges with inferior parts and overcharged for services provided.  Nike was punctual, professional, courteous, and skilled.  He ordered the correct part and replaced the oven hinges - like new!  A week later, I had another appliance needing repair and Mike (not Nick) came to troubleshoot standing water in the dishwasher.  He identified the problem, repaired it and provided helpfully

I would love to give a BIG Shout out to George Services for sending technician Mike to the recuse. My washer was down on a Friday and I Contact my Next Door Neighborhood for help. On a 3 day weekend and lockdown not many takers. I will never forget George Services and Awesome Mike. Some of the quickest work I have ever experienced. They came out the same day when my refrigerator started leaking and had the part on their truck. So I mentioned my dishwasher and they gave me some good advice on that too.
