Welbilt Home Improvements
Let Welbilt Home Improvements make your remodeling project run smoothly and worry free. For over 28 years we have been servicing homeowners in Bergen and Rockland counties with great success. In fact our reference list has become quite extensive and is available upon request. All of our employees and associates take great pride in their work, your home sweet home.

We are a full service remodeling company specializing exclusively in residential home improvements. We pride ourselves in using the finest quality materials and the most current and energy efficient building methods. When you hire Welbilt to work on your home, you are hiring a professional, not a fly by nighter, or a company that might not be around in a year or two.

Lauren and I started using Welbilt in 2005 when we needed to expand our home to accommodate the special health concerns of my wife's parents. Welbilt worked with our architect to complete the job that we enjoy today. Their workmanship wasexcellent. They finished that job on time and at our budget.
Services
Just a quick note to say how pleased we are with our recent master bathroom renovation. Its like having a spa in our home! Your entire crew, yourself and the sub contractors you work with made sure every detail was performed perfectly and any follow up items were handled in a very timely manner. Kudos to Welbilt!
Remodeling projects seem to have some common high and low points for many owners. If you are a seasoned remodeling veteran, you may already know what to expect and may not need to read on. If you have not lived through a remodeling project before, you are probably approaching your project with some degree of both anxiety and excitement.

We called Welbilt and asked Jack for an estimate for a new addition to our existing home. We heard about him from friends who used him in the past for home improvement. He spent several hours with us upgrading our existing plan and we were so glad we did. Welbilts proposal was within budget even with upgrades!!! Jack and his professional crew finished same within budget and on time. We are so happy with our new master bath and bedroom. Highly recommended....

Welbilt did our first renovation in the early 90’s and has been working their magic ever since. Just completed a major renovation and couldn’t be happier

My Bathroom is less than 2 years old and it looks much older. I am so disappointed.. especially for the amount of money we spent on this renovation. The grout in my tub area looks awful.. there are spots where there is no grout. Grout around tub was replaced 3x’s and I finally brought someone else in to fix the cracks. Grout cracked on floor around tub.. jack replaced 2x’s and looks no different. Had issue with window.. jack said he didn’t make the window. Sliding pocket door which I paid a lot for is off track and no longer locks.. he told me bathrooms need maintenance. After less than 2

Jack is professional, reliable, and creative and his guys are meticulous. Even when bringing in subcontractors for electrical and plumbing, I could tell that they have been working together for a long time and they work as one team. Before getting a chance to work with Jack, we worked with about five different contractors for various jobs ranging in size of $10K to $200K If we can do it all over again, we would hire Jack for them all without any doubt. Finally, I really appreciate that Jack can be hands on. There were many days when he was working right along with his crew. I met too many general

Big picture sounds good, but issues arise in the details.
Initially, Jack seemed knowledgeable and experienced. The project got started off well enough, but as the entire project started coming together, items that should have been fixed or completed during the beginning created issues with the end result. I wound up with uneven floors, molding that looks unfinished, lighting that looks out of place. His assistant, Jerry, does most of the work and any speciality work (plumbing, electrical, etc.) was also sub-contracted out to others who also had less experienced people doing the actual work.
