Rob and his guys were great. Our house is old so there were some snags and compromises here and there that we all worked through together. Rob was transparent on everything and explained situations and potential solutions. The house was ALWAYS left super clean after each day (including a daily Swifer-wet job).
Preliminary drawings will be created to show general changes in design including added space, reconfiguration of walls and room layout. We'll provide a layout of cabinets and countertops including appliances and fixture locations. Plans will be drawn to include a detailed picture of all structural and non-structural changes to the space.
A two story foyer and beautiful staircase leads into a sitting room with wainscoting to the right and straight into to the open concept living and dining rooms, all with luminous hardwood floors. The gourmet kitchen features abundant cabinets, center island, granite countertops, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances.
We offer services for everything you need for a complete restoration or total reconstruction - including consulting, architectural and engineering services. Our professional team is trained and experienced to facilitate your project no matter what the magnitude - from smaller commercial renovation projects to larger new construction.

Beyond wonderful experience and results. I had roof, siding, gutted bathroom, gutted bedroom, moved walls, new windows, new trex decking front and back, you name it. I've been through many construction projects before, but nothing compares to the quality of work they do and the attention to details. We are over the moon with the work they did. The staff becomes your friend, never need to worry about them in your house. I sometimes wish I knocked my whole house down and had them rebuild from scratch. You will never find anyone better.

RWS was wonderful. From the first meeting with Tim to the last meeting with Rob, it was smooth sailing. Glen, the project manager, is such a great guy. He was there every step of the way and he always made sure things ran smoothly. I would absolutely recommend RWS and I will definitely be using them in the future. Keep up the good work guys 👍🏻

They are not really interested in completing the project as much as extracting your money. Stay away. They conned me into the first installment as if I can lock in the prices and then never returned back. 6 months later, they increase prices by 30% and didn't give me back my money when I disagreed.
