Randall Sims was our appliance repair specialist. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He switched out the board on our double oven and also gave me some good tips to prevent any issues in the future. Highly recommend this company and the repair specialist.

As the preferred Kitchenaid service provider in the area, I ordered a new button panel for my Kitchenaid over range vent hood. I was VERY specific about what part needed to be replaced. This was in March of this year. They showed up a month later with the wrong part. They then tried to charge me over $100 for the trip charge when they accomplished and diagnosed nothing. They said they would get the right part. I didn't hear from them for over a month. After about six weeks they started alerting me monthly that the part wasn't available. That went on for a few months then went dark again

HORRIBLE flexibility with scheduling.
As a school teacher, needed an afternoon time for installation of a dryer part that was ordered and paid for.
ZERO help from "customer service" ..via texts- NEVER spoke to a person, and now delayed over a week for install of part, as I have to take a day off to accommodate Guinco's service department. What??????....
When I inquired, via text, to have a different arrival window other than 11-2, was told, "not possible".
NEVER will use again and will tell others.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This company is a waste of time. They do not give you a time frame of when they are coming until the evening before your appointment. Then will cancel your appointments the morning of “for unforeseen incidents”, then reschedule a week or more out….only to cancel the morning of AGAIN. To expect people to completely rearrange their schedules at the drop of a hat only for the company to cancel is absolutely absurd. I’m a reasonable person and understand the unavoidable things happen. But for it to be a routine “incident,” this company needs to evaluate

I was very impressed with the service. Shane Peterson came out (and was training another person who was equally awesome) and was able to quickly identify the problem, fix it and also took time to explain how to properly clean the dishwasher filter. He also noticed that the wheel track on top wasn't great and fixed that too!

Great experience with Guinco. My ice machine was not making ice. The technician (Cameron H.) arrived within the scheduled window and texted when he was on the way. He quickly determined the water line froze and fixed the issue. He was knowledgeable and professional. He hadn't even drove away when someone called to ask if I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Guinco and ask for Cameron.

I highly suggest going with another appliance repair. They will set up appointments telling you they will call ahead, and the drivers just show up. Then you get questions or did you receive the phone call about the amount owed for this visit to diagnose and repair/fix the said issue?
Nope never got a call the last two times you were out. Never got a call back when I left voicemails requesting a call back for information regarding my account or repair orders. I requested a service because my washer has 2 problems. [1] the washer is not doing the wash cycle. it just keep on doing the sensing and then trying to wash but not really washing then going back to sensing and going back to washing and then done. [2] the hose where the water is from got coroded and needs replacement. It took me 2-3 weeks to book the appointment. When the day finally came, Tyler, the service man said, there is no hose. I cant fix your washer. I told him, that is part of the problem I reported. he said, he does not have that and i told him i can get it from Home Depot nearby. he

Bad luck if your warranty company happens to choose these guys. It is impossible for you to reach the Wichita office and I tried like a dozen times, including leaving messages for the Arizona office to call Wichita to them call me back. They kept saying the guy wanted to keep his number private. Are you freaking kidding me? Doing a $500 repair and we aren’t allowed to call you. For crying out loud, get a second business phone that you only answer during hours. Absolute nightmare. In the end my service call got canceled again with absolutely no communication from them. Total waste of my time.

Randall Sims was the specialist who came to help with our oven, which wasn't heating up. He was quickly able to assess the issue and fix it accordingly. Randall was professional, very kind, and super respectful. He even gave us additional tips on other appliances - things I had no idea of and will be mindful of moving forward. The freezer light went out on our 15 month Whirlpool French Door Fridge so I called customer service to see if it was still under warranty.
I was told that our issue was in fact covered through the 5 year Manufacturer warranty and that the repair would be free of charge.
I was told wrong.
When Leo Padilla arrived for the job, he confirmed that the freezer light was the issue and that typically there would be a $130 service fee + parts and labor.
Instead of just saying “sorry, you’re out of luck” he went out of his way to call WP customer service to ask if they would be willing to extend

I called KitchenAid while my dishwasher was still under warranty and they set up an appointment with this outfit. My issue was the dishwasher periodically had drops of water on the lower right hand side by the door On the tile. The technician misdiagnosed the problem in my opinion and replaced the dishwasher rotating spray arm. The problem still persisted. I called KitchenAid again moths later and they set me up with this firm again. I've been having issues with my oven and Guinco is the preferred repair vendor for whirlpool. They have been awesome to work with on this "project". Jeremy has done an outstanding job and has helped mitigate my issues when he can. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy when it comes to diagnosing and repairing equipment. I would definitely recommend them as your go to service/repair shop for all your home appliance needs.

These guys are the best. Any time I've called them, they've found the problem quickly and easily and had a part with them for a quick fix. They seem so knowledgeable on all my appliances. After my four year old Whirlpool dishwasher had a noticeable drop in performance, Guinco's Repair Club sent a technician out a couple of times to inspect and replace some parts, and while the performance improved to some degree, it still wasn't like it was just a couple of months earlier.
After engaging an appliance repair expert online, I made several attempts to contact Guinco to understand exactly what parts had been replaced, but never got a straight answer

Had an issue with my oven and they worked with Whirlpool to make sure they got the right parts and coverage (despite parts delays due to covid they can't directly control)- Steven the technician that came out was really friendly, helpful and through to make sure that it was only these two parts that needed fixing.
I've had other techs come out and just fix the 'error code issue' but not really do a proper diagnosis as to why that error code was created which turned out poorly. Steven did great at explaining the problem, the process, and helping get my oven working.

Bought a new Whirlpool Duet washer/dryer set. Dryer did not dry. Called Guinco and Carleen arrived on time as scheduled. Within 10 minutes she diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement part, and told me how long it would take. When the part came in she returned, disassembled the dryer, and replaced the defective part. No mess. In and out in about 30 minutes. Knowledgeable, courteous, congenial, and careful - a truly rare combo these days and a pleasant experience.

Terrible service. Tech has come out 3 times, including today, on a Whirlpool washer that is still under warranty. Whirlpool Customer Service was the one that set up the initial service call with Guinco on Wednesday, November 11.
It went from bad to worse today when the tech that came out yesterday did something that caused water to leak from washer which I found out this morning. See pic attached.

Today I called right at 8:00 am with my dishwasher not working. They told me the tech would be at my place by 11:00. About 9:00 I got an automated call telling me the tech would be right over. By 9:15, Samuel was at my house and working on the problem. It was a strange problem where a couple of ball bearings had fallen out of the upper rack's track and had plugged the pump.
