Capital Counters & Cabinets

I was thoroughly disappointed in the purchase I made with this company to remodel our master bath. I will give you the highlights or lowlights, if you will in the hopes that you don't spend over $40,000 with this company and regret it as much as I do.
-Timeline... they promised one in the beginning of the job but never gave us one.......verbally told us 3-4 weeks and the job lasted 7-8 and only finished when I held up payment until they finished.
-Communication... Chris the project manager called a lot but talked in circles mostly and apologized telling us "this has never happened

Had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Capital Counters and Cabinets. The staff from start to finish were fantastic and thoughtful. Workers all wore masks and very professional. Would highly recommend and will use them again when we redo our kitchen.

If you are reviewing companies to do your counters and cabinets, you can stop and go with Capital- you won't be disappointed! I spent a lot of time reviewing other companies and had several estimates already in hand until I met with Capital. Their level of professionalism surpassed all the others and instilled trust that they would do a good job. Their teamwork and dedication will bring your dream into a reality; I know, because they did it for me with my kitchen remodel. Where do I begin? Our full Capital Counters Team consisted of Ron, Ariella, Alejandra, and Danny (in that order). We shopped around before going with Capital for our kitchen/dining room remodel. We updated our kitchen from oak to white cabinets (refinish by Lalo), Cambria Bentley countertops, complimentary backsplash, stainless steel sink, and gray "wood flooring" (actually laminate). We also opened up the space we used for our dining room/entry way by replacing tile and carpet with the new flooring. In addition to these updates, we also had our oak bathroom cabinets refinished to white

WOW! I can't describe how excited I was with my remodel! We did a complete house remodel (new flooring, new cabinets, new counters, new shower, new paint... pretty much new EVERYTHING!

We enjoyed having detailed and beautiful renderings of all of the areas so we could visually see the finishes and the designs. Our project was completed on time with no major hiccups! Ariella was our designer and Justin was our project manager. All of the workers that came in and our of the job were friendly, clean, and hard workers!

I'm not going to talk about how horrible their work is because it isn't. They are subcontractors so the work is actually not theirs. It all started great, one guys comes out to take measurements. Then you meet to pick what materials you want.

A simple bathroom remodel. My circa 1970's shower needed a face lift. The contract "stated approximately 4 wks"...... STATED 4 Weeks... sign your contract, then 6 guys show up ( these are project managers, here to check out the project). Demolition day comes, they get rid of all the old.... then you wait 2 wks and nothing happens

We hired Capital Counters & Cabinets to Install our Quartzite Counters and put in a tile back splash. They did a great job and did less time than they said it would take. We are so happy with the finished project, the tile is perfect and the counter top excellent. They cleaned up well when the job was competed. They are Pros and when we do our bathroom which should be within 1 year we will have them do it. We are soooo pleased!

Just had our two bathrooms remodeled by Capital. They did a beautiful job. Our experience with them has been wonderful. Can't speak about the quality of their work , but new business must be important to them . I even messaged them again and waiting a week for a response . I'll take my money and job to another company.

Capital counters did a great job remodeling my kitchen. They listened to what we want and provided advise where warranted. The result is a kitchen where storage is no longer an issue and counters are not only beautiful but also very easy to clean (no more dirty grouts to scrub). We chose quartz countertops and custom white cabinets. In addition, inside these cabinets are storage solutions such as pull out drawers and "lazy susan"hardware. Then there's my favorite feature...the coffee bar/wine bar. Thank you Valerie for walking us through the process and helping us put into paper

Excellent work and quality materials at a reasonable price, what more can you ask for ! From Juan the part owner, the young creative design girl that spent many hours with us on the selection and drawings, visiting the slab warehouse and picking out the materials, and of course Juan the fabricator that cut and installed the countertops, all stellar work and customer service.

Highly recommend Capital, they genuinely want to make sure the job is done right and what impressed me was that our smaller job was just as important as a $200K complete remodel of a mini mansion.

After researching locally owned companies we decided on using Capital Counters, and it was by far the best decision! From the beginning they did things right, from measuring and sending verified quotes to us so we could see the full cost before the project started. They have a terrific showroom that has high quality materials to choose from and in house designers that will guide you through the process. During construction they stayed in constant communication with us as to what the daily and weekly schedule will be and were very conscientious of our time and quality of living during the construction

I highly recommend Capital Counters!
I went over there and chose a beautiful countertop from their wide selection of kitchen counters. Made an appointment for a couple days later but unfortunately (or luckily), when the installer picked up our slabs, he checked them and noticed they were damaged. There weren't more slabs available at the time so he called me and offered me to pick out another slab.
I got to choose from such beautiful counters and hand picked all the slabs, I'm happy in the end it did't work out with my original choice!

While we didn't go with Capital for our kitchen remodel, I have to commend Juan on his customer service. I tend to ask ALOT of questions and no matter what time of day it was, I would get a response right away. I even emailed him 1030 to 11pm one night and to my surprise he responded.
