There employees are knowledge in how to do the job but the warranty is not explained in full so that you wont be able to use it and have to keep paying with every visit. his is in contrast in that they offer free follow ups to ensure the ants are gone.

We have had those little sugar ants for years. Had a contract with orkin but they just treated the symptoms so they kept coming back. This company came out, knew their stuff, listened to all the things I'd learned so far and where I'd seen them, then made a decision on how to go forward. Fantastic experience so far.

I have used Sunrise for years, and have been pleased with the quality of their service. Through a combination of on-demand visits to address existing pest issues and their proactive quarterly service to prevent pests from establishing nests/colonies around my home, I have found them to be effective at keeping my home pest-free. I would recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for pest control services!

While Andrew did a really good job, he was thorough and courteous and knowledgeable, the One Thing I was upset about was that when I asked him if he'd been vaccinated for Covid, he said "No." Now I should've asked him at the door before he came in, because I wouldn't have let him in so that's my mistake. I would think that Sunrise, with their people going into people's homes, would require getting vaccinated or at the very least, getting a negative test once a week. We had our first visit today and are pleased! Techs were on time and efficient. Even found another wasp nest in my literal front porch light fixture, so obviously I need an adultier adult in this department. 🤣Quarterly pest protection is a nice sense of relief. Thanks!

Technician arrived promptly, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, even answering my (many!) questions about the specific ants I was having problems with. Given the very small size of my house I noticed results in a few short hours and there isn't even any residual smell or fumes. If I so much as see a single carpenter ant again I'll be calling Sunrise!

We have used Sunrise Pest Management for over a year. We have had chronic issues with mice and carpenter ants due to outdoor construction, etc. We also live in the woods. I have them out almost monthly to check for rodents. The workers usually arrive on time and do a thorough job. Yesterday, I waited most of the afternoon and called to see… when they were coming. Talked to Roman on Monday morning about an ant infestation. He asked for a photo to be emailed. I emailed that photo on Tuesday. It's Friday and no word from Roman. Tried calling . . . nothing but the sound of crickets. Meanwhile the infestation has become massive. Called another service and they are coming out today. Bad followup. Goodbye.

True professionals. They've been to our house on two separate occasions. No matter who comes to the house, I feel good about the service I'm getting. Everything works so smoothly with these guys. I don't stress when they get there. Everything is explained in a way that makes sense. And I feel in control of how much I need them to be here but they gently offer regular service without pressure. I highly recommend their services.

I used this company for removal of ants. The service fee I paid was supposed to include return visits. I called 4 months later and Sunrise tells me that "oh, this is a new issue and maybe a new colony, sorry we have to charge you an new initial service fee"... Stay away from this company..

Contacted Sunrise based on recommendation from acquaintance. James called 30 minutes prior and upon arrival introduced himself and the explained process. He was respectful of home taking shoes off when appropriate. He completed a throughout treatment of entire home and provided recommendations for the future. We will use them again if needed.

After paying for the initial charge of like $300 and then having them back 2 weeks later to pay another $88 and then again another 2 weeks later to pay another $88 and setup an apt for a 3rd follow up seems a bit much. I was under the impression we wouldn't have to pay after 3 visits. That's not the case. Ours was just for sugar ants. They have… died down but not completely gone away. I wanted to do the every 3 month spray through this company but after HAVING to setup all of these follow up appts for so short in between seems to be a little bit of a scam! They won't guarantee their work

I used Sunrise Pest to rid ourselves of of yellow jackets that moved in under our low deck by our sliding door. Sunrise scheduled a technician to show up quickly and at a time convenient to me. The technician explained the treatment and how long it would take for the bees to be gone. The bees are gone or dead. He also discussed some other areas they maybe vulnerable around my house that could enable other pests to damage my home. Overall a great experience with Sunrise Pest Control!

We booked this company online and were notifed the day of appointment that this time was not available so the day was changed. Then They did not remove a wasp nest like we asked. It was just sprayed which everyone knows you have to remove it or they rebuild in it. This company I would not recommend. We could have sprayed it ourselves and not paid over $100 for someone to do it for us. REALLY this is unacceptable.

I agree with the review written by Tori C. we too have been a customer for years and paid this company hundreds of dollars to maintain our ornamentals and home perimeter for years. We recently had a problem mind you they just sprayed two weeks ago $110 plus and telephoned them. Eric handled the concern very arrogantly and rude (we were not) told us they did not have a guarantee on our file which we were always told "call if you have a problem" we were also told the rate we paid was considered a courtesy rate for being long time customers, Eric said "you have a flat rate"

Having used this company for years, I was SO disappointed at how unprofessional it has become. No managers available (not a good sign). They now charge hundreds of dollars for one type of ant. If another type of ant appears close to the time they treated, they want hundreds of dollars MORE

Warranty has changed dramatically. Not much covered anymore, as there are now so many loopholes. They don't bother to tell you this, or prices on the phone, and let you believe you are covered under warranty. They then attempt to stick you with a second big bill upon arrival, even though you paid hundreds

This happened during the summer of 2013. I searched on line, read reviews and called couple of places and when I called Sunrise Pest, I got connected to an older man named Jon. He was so nice, taking his time to explain all the different kind of ant problems, their cause, how they get rid of them, etc. I agreed to an appointment because Jon did a wonderful job explaining what they'll do. I assumed if the staff was anything like Jon, I should have no problem. So, paying $208.51 for the first visit and another $96.65 for the followup was no problem, if it was going to deliver a good outcome

We used Sunrise Pest Managemnet Bremerton for a general crawl space inspection for the first time this week. This company had been recommended by our neighbor across the street from us who had suddently noticed a major carpenter ant infestation.
Since we are surrounded by many more trees and vegetation than our neighbor I thought we should probably get an evalustion also. The young man who performed the evlauation was professional, personable and seemed quite knowlegeable. After his inspection, much to our relief, he reported no insect infestation and gave a general pest evaluation also. This

We live on a farm up in the Olympic Nat'l Forest and as one might guess, we have pests - mice, carpenter ants and so on... in looking for a company to help us address the issues, my sister-in-law (she lives in Blyn below us) said she uses Sunrise and is on their All Pest Protection program and has no issues at all. We called them and they came out to look at the place and sprayed for the ants. Within a week, the issue was corrected- no more ants! Many months later, we noted mice had begun getting into the house and we decided to go on the APP plan - within a few days, all signs of mice, GONE

Our technician Sanford was so courteous and professional. He did his job quickly and informed us of every step. We have carpenter ants and his knowledge of his craft was impressive. I can't say enough how nice he was and I will be recommending to any who need pest control.

I will never do business with this company again. They are not worthy of doing business with. They will rip you off and call you a liar. My wife dealt with them and they did nothing but lie to her. She called them to cancel an appointment and they told her "if you didn't call and schedule your next appointment, no services will be performed" (we moved so thats why we didn't call to schedule the next appointment) so they supposedly sprayed the house anyway and now trying to send us a bill (we don't live there anymore). It is ridiculous, we have been lied to too many times
