At first I thought choosing TriGuard was a good choice until it came time to schedule the complimentary spray after our initial service. I was able to schedule the complimentary spray service, but then life happened and we were unable to be home for the time scheduled so I needed to cancel. When I called back to re-schedule they scheduled me for a… Saturday which I thought was great. When I confirmed the appointment the week of the service I was told that they don’t do services on Saturday and they didn’t know why I had been scheduled that day. At that point I said let&rsquo

Edited to add that they waived the fee, but still beware that they do charge a cancellation fee!!! I specifically asked the guy who signed me up for service if I could cancel anytime free of charge and he said yes. Now I’m being charged $250 to cancel a service that never even worked. We waited 3 whole service cycles thinking it would take a few rounds to work and we never saw a decrease in ant activity.

Awful salesmen, his aggressive tactics scared me as he did not take "NO" for an answer. Rico ignored the "no soliciting" sign on our door and would not leave even after us saying "no thank you, we are not interested" MULTIPLE TIMES. He asked us why we were "being so rude?". I will NEVER do business with this company.
