We hired Issaquah Pest Control after finding rat activity in our basement. Although they were more expensive than other companies ($500 for two visits instead of three as most other companies offered) they were able to come the soonest. They inspected our basement, filled a few small holes and set traps. We caught one rat and on the second visit the technician said the issue seemed to be taken care of. We had a Pest Control service today morning and had a very positive experience. Our technician, Josh, was very customer friendly and did a thorough job to inspect, removed spider webs and applied liquid treatment to protect from insects. He was kind enough to even to go in the crawl space and check if there are any insects and mice activities. Thank You Josh and Issaquah Pest Control.

We had a rodent problem and called Issaquah Pest control 3 times. First time to set up traps and sealed up a few areas. Second time Patrick came, my husband said he was really thorough and found more entry points and fixed them. Today Josh came because we hear scratching sound and afraid there were more rodents in the crawlspace. He checked the crawlspace again to make sure there isn't any new activity. He was very patient with my million of questions and explained what he was going to do. Both Josh and Patrick were very professional. I ended up signing the guaranteed plan to have peace

Great responsive company with good techs. Always clean polite and willing to do the difficult tasks. Josh came out and made sure everything was to my specific requests. Doing what I need is out of the general requests so having a company willing to help me without using poisons or bait means a lot. Got my quarterly pest control visit done today by Stephen. This company has COMPLETELY solved our rodent and spider/bug problem. We live in a log house in the woods and have trouble with booring beetles eating little holes in the logs, rodents getting inside, spiders everywhere and yellow jackets making nests under the eaves. No more rodents! No more spiders! No more nests under the eaves! And ALMOST no more booring beetles (they are really tough to control) but I am confident they will solve that as well. I asked them to treat some ants found at my bathroom. Chris started to explain his plan before beginning the work. He even climbed to my attic to look for where those ants might come from. After work, he delivered a report including how/where he treated and some recommendation (trimming trees near my house, etc.) he gave.

We had a very aggressive wasp underground nest in our backyard and Josh from Issaquah Pest Control was assigned to us to get rid of that nest. Josh was very professional and answered all of our questions. The service was quick and on time, and I love how easy they make it to make an appointment (you can even do it online!). Great service :)

We heard scratching in the walls, and called Issaquah Pest Control. Jimmy came out the next week, and found the entry points for mice and sealed them. He also crawled through our tight crawlspace to verify that his hunch was right about where the mice were hanging out and set traps in our crawlspace and around the house. Very pleasant people, and very thorough in their work! I decided to sign up for a plan with them to help keep pests in control (I live by the woods, so creatures are inevitable!)

I realized I had a yellow jacket colony trying to set up a nest outside my office window and did a quick Google to find someone quickly to come handle it. I am severely allergic so we needed this service immediately.
Tristan was dispatched and sent to our home within just a few hours. We ended up going with the quarterly service because the cost is minimal and it covers the standard bees, ants, spiders, ect. We've had issues with ants in another home so we figured preventative action was a good call.

We've had problems with mice on and off since moving to this house and we always have Issaquah Pet Control out to help. All of their technicians are super knowledgeable, professional, and respectful.
Our last service was provided by Andrew. He came out, checked the exterior and shared his findings with me. We noticed some rodent activity in our crawl space and that prompted us to sign up with their service.
I had signed up with Issaquah Pest control's guaranteed service a few months back. So far I am really happy with their service. Very nice to work with, accommodating and helpful.
During initial visit they inspected the crawl space laid out traps and followed up a few weeks later to identify the activity and seal off potential entry points.
We still have a little rodent activity and they are on top of the issue trying to seal off that last entry point. I am super happy with their service
