100% Trustworthy company. I was apprehensive as reviews of some companies looked like the industry was rife with high pressure service contract sales and poor/scam service. I got a great feeling from reading Rambo's website, and I was not disappointed. We had Rambo come out today, and have had an awesome experience so far with them.
My initial contact was actually with Roxanna, and that interaction was impressive on its own. It's not often that you get a ton of info while scheduling/in that first phone call, but Roxanna went through EVERYTHING with me... including costs to expect, different services they offer, and answered any questions I had. She even chatted with me about what carpenter ants can look like, whether it's worth being super worried or not, etc. I was pretty sure we wanted the quarterly service, so she made sure to explain

Prior to our sale of our home on South Hill in Puyallup, Rambo provided thorough and successful services when dealing with " rodent squatters " in our home. We were most impressed with the skill set and entire property assessment with an effective " battle plan " implemented .
The safety of our family pets was factored into the program to assure their safety both inside and outside of our home.
In January,we moved to Roy, Wa. We are hopeful that their service area includes our new location. It is our preference to do business with smaller, family owned and run companies.

This is the 2nd time we've used Rambo and I would highly recommend them not only for their services but mainly for their customer service. They are just so easy to work with and super friendly! We noticed some burrow holes on the exterior of our house and were concerned for rats. I called Rambo after seeing all of the positive reviews and loved the fact they are a local company. I submitted a request online and received a phone call within 24 hours. We were able to schedule an appointment within a week of my phone call.
Due to COVID-19 public health safety concerns, they are taking extra precautions for social distancing and safety. Our technician, Jeremy, wore a face mask and gloves the entire time, and he always remained 6 feet away while we talked. All paperwork is verbal consent

Rambo has been servicing our home and property for a couple of years now and there are so many good things to say about them! First off, they were one of the few places that offered a one-off service and not an annual commitment, nor did they try to pressure us into that, however, we did request a once-quarterly service and... every time Blake comes to our home, he's on time, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable - exceptional service and our pest situation was resolved quickly and there hasn't been issues since!

I cannot recommend this company. We had a rat take up residence in our home. We tried one pest control company, they didn't catch him so we changed to Rambo Pest control based on their reviews. Weeks later and many calls later the rats was still in residence. It grew so bold that a friend killed hit with a bat. Very, very stressful situation. Many calls to Rambo, we only saw them when we called them. We asked for a refund. Nope, no guarantee. They do have a warantee tho....so if we get another with 90 days of our contract, they will come out. Yeah right, they couldn't catch the one

After having a well known company come out and NOT go in the crawl space, I kept on looking. Soon as I read Rambos reviews, I called. The customer service gal was so friendly she told me the whole process, educated me on information and helped me book an emergency bid/service trip. I had a huge infestation of rats. BARF. so they came out thoroughly checked attic, crawl space without even knowing if I would hire them. Of course I did.
