I can't thank Barry, Mr. Ebersole, and the sales team enough for the amazing job that they did. We'd been looking for a newer vehicle for months and had settled on an 'okay' vehicle. But after one road trip realized that the vehicle wasn't big enough for our family. So the search started all over again. We found the perfect car on their lot. Kind of disappointed and let down. I had finally located a GMC Sierra 1500 that was still available. Ethan got in touch with me quickly and within a few hours I had put a deposit hold on the truck Saturday morning. Since I was out of state they had to get taxes and fees from NY so waited until Tuesday until price could be negotiated. Then out of the blue Ethan told me the owner wasn't going to honor the supplier discount since I was out of state and that the vehicle was in such high demand they pulled the discount off of the price.
